H - Other Summarv Of Monthiv Operatinc Exnerience Unit 4 has been shut down for a scheduled refueling outage since April 10, 2005. The unit was restarted and synchronized to the grid June 13, 2005, went through power ascension, and operated at approximately 100% power from June 16, 2005 until June 27, 2005. On June 27, the Unit 4 reactor automatically tripped at 0316 due to a turbine trip. The turbine trip was due to an internal fault in the main transformer. The transformer is being replaced.

Unit 4 was down the remainder of the month of June, 2005.
