The purpose of this surveillance (2-83-198) was to identify any additional conpo-nents which had been determined defective and reported via the 50.55(e) process. Twenty-two of these reports were reviewed resulting in identi-fying one 50.55(e) (#240) which required modification of previously installed hardware. ilo additional cases of changes in spare parts were identified.
