This LER amendment is part of the responss to Notice of Deviation 97104-03 regarding the failure to install o Hot Gas Bypass system in the Train B Control Room lmergency Ventilation System, which was a Corrective Action cited in the original LER.
The following commitments are being made by this letter:

- 1. Relocate the temperature sensor, which controls compressor operation, to a location where it is less airected by sudden changes in the ambient temperature. /,g'7'l (Completion Pate: 021599). -
- 2. Evaluate the results of relocating the temperature sensor to assess the effectiveness on excessive compressor cycling, and determine if additional actions are needed.
