A reassessment was recently performed of the executive management responsibilities associated with the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Sta-tion. A major finding of this assessment is the need to properly clarify the Vice President, Electric Production's role as the primary e cecutive officer responsible for the Fort St. Vrain facility. Effective July 1, 1981,*
Mr. O. R. Lee, Vice President, Electric Production, will be responsible for all aspe. cts of the Fort St. Vrain facility including operations, quality assurance, engineering and construction. Accordingly, please address all correspondence associated with the Fort St. Vrain facility to Mr. O. R. Lee rather than Mr. C. K. Millen or Mr. J. K. Tuller as follows:
