! of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1168 is hereby amended to l authorize the Organization Changes at the Lynchburg Manufacturing facility of Framatome l Cogema Fuels. Accordingly, Condition S-1 is amended to read as follows:

S-1 Authorized use: For use in accordance with statements, representations, and conditions ,

of Part I of the licensee's application dated June 9,1997; and supplements dated November 24,1997, and June 25,1998; and letter dated August 14, and September 14, l 1998; and letter dated October 5,1998.
