1999 EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE OBJECTIVES

Dear Mr. Dugger:

We have reviewed your letter dated July 13,1999, and the enclosed objectives for the Waterford 3 emergency plan exercise scheduled for October 13,1999.

Based on our review, we determined that the exercise objectives are appropriate to meet emergency plan requirements. One of the exercise objectives was discussed further with Mr.J. Lewis of your staff on August 19,1999. Mr. Lewis provided satisfactory responses.

We contacted the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region VI during our review.

I Mr. E. Boaz had no comments for us to relay to you.
