Box B Killona, Louisiana 70066 SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-382/99-12 Dear Mr. Dugger: This letter refers to the inspection conducted on May 24-27,1999, at the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 facility. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct an assessment of the emergency preparedness program. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection. We have determined that your emergency preparedness program was generally well implemented. The station has an excellent of hurricane preparedness program. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
