SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-382/99-11
Dear Mr. Dugger:

This refers to the inspection conducted on May 24-28,1999, at the Waterford Steam Electric
Station, Unit 3 facility. The purpose of this inspection was to review your radioactive waste
i
effluent program and engineered-safety-feature air filtration testing program. The enclosed
report presents the results of this inspection.
We determined that releases of radioactive waste effluents were controlled, monitored, and
)
quantified well. Engineered-safety-feature air filtration and adsorption units were properly tested
'
and maintained.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
