target dates have been revised to a later date by your staff. These dates have been agreed to by OSP n d yuur staff for restart.

Our reviews may identify the need for additional information to resolve the technical issues if your submittals are incomplete. We will notify your staff promptly of these instances as they arise.

The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
