0U' 'O ~ b Pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following regarding the Limerick Nuclear Generating Station of Philadelphia Electric Company (50-252, 50-253).

1. The most recent report from the applicant as to the status of construction of each unit, separately, if so reported, and the estimated date of completion of construction, readiness for test fuel loading, readiness for operating, and/or any other dates provided by the applicant as to the progress and status of Unit 1, Unit 2, or both of them.

2. The most recent NRC staff estimate, including but not limited to those provided by the Office of Regulation, the Office of Administration, Region 1, and/or any other NRC branch, division, or executive or other personnel, setting forth the estimated date of completion of the operating Licensing process, and the projected or anticipated date for issuance of a license for Unit 1, Unit 2 and/or both of them.

3. Any reports rendered to the Commission by the staff, or to the Director of Nuclear Regulation between July  ;

1, 1983 and the present date, regarding any anticipated significant dates with respect to constructing, licensing or operating Unit 1, Unit 2, and/or both of them.
