Docket Nos. 50-352 and 50-353 dr

Dear Board Members:

This letter will advise you of our attempts to deliver the volunteer sheets of the 570 Philadelphia Electric Company employees who have agreed to drive buses in the event a school evacuation were ever necessary as the result of an accident at the Limerick Generating Station.

The set of documents for LEA was ready for delivery Friday afternoon, July 18. The Company called LEA's number and, since there was no answer, a message was left on the answering machine. It stated that we wished to deliver the documents and requested that LEA call a specified number to arrange delivery.

Not having heard anything from LEA, on Saturday, July 19, the process was repeated. On Sunday, July 20, still having heard nothing from LEA, the documents were taken to the LEA headquarters at 762 Queen Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania. No one was present. Accordingly, the docu- ,

ments were left with a neighbor, Kathlene Fultz, 757 Queen Street, Pottstown, and this message was placed on the tele-phone answering device.
