updated antitrust review for Limerick Generating Station, Unit 2.
As we discussed,-your letter of-June 2,
1988 requested information from Philadelphia Electric Company necessary to. update the antitrust review for Limerick Unit 2 within 60 days.
That letter was not received by. the Company..until June 15, 1988.
Accordingly, you agreed chat.the Company could have until August 16, 1988 to respond to your request.
