Enclosed is the Licensee's Proposal For Resolution Of Remanded Issue Regarding The Availability Of School Bus Drivers For The Owen J.
Roberts And Spring-Ford School Districts as required by the Board's Order dated May 22, 1986.

- County, Pennsylvania, was unavailable and was therefore unable to execute his affidavit prior to today.
We have, therefore, enclosed a telecopy of his affidavit.
Also enclosed is a telecopy of Vincent S.
Boyer's affidavit.
The originals of these affidavits will be forwarded to the Board as soon as they are received.
In accordance with the procedure previously followed, I have signed the original of the proposed Stipulation and have forwarded it to Mrs. Phyllis Zitzer, the representative of Limerick Ecology Action, Inc.
I would request that she forward it to Mr. Goodwin, Counsel for Pennsylvania Emergen-cy Management Agency, and that he, in turn, forward it to Mr. Vogler, Counsel for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff, who would forward it to the Licensing Board.
