Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) VOL I Revision 65 TRM Vol 1 Revision 65 was distributed to all holders of TRM Manual, Vol I on August 11, 2003. The instructions for removing and inserting new pages contained the following error:

Remove Insert B3.9 Refueling Operations Page B3.9-2, Rev 31 10/99 Page B3.9-2, Rev 65 08/03 You were instructed to remove and insert a non-existent page B3.9-2; this should have read as follows:

Remove Insert B3.9 Refueling Operations Page B3.9.2-1, Rev 31 10/99 Page B3.9.2-1, Rev 65 08/03 The TRM revision did contain the correct page number. Please ensure that you did insert page B3.9.2-1, Rev 65 08/03 in the correct location. If you have any questions, please contact Nuclear Licensing on extension 64322.
