C. 20555 Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Monthly Operating Report - October 2003 In accordance with the requirements of Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Technical Specification 6.9.1.5, and the guidance of Generic Letter 97-02, attached are the October 2003 Operating Data Reports and Summaries of Operating Experience for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.

H - Other Summary Of Monthly Operating Experience Unit 4 operated at essentially 100% power until September 21, 2003. A power coastdown then commenced and continued through October 5, 2003. On October 6, 2003, Unit 4 was manually tripped in accordance with plant procedures from approximately 30% power to commence the Cycle 21 refueling outage. Unit 4 went on-line on November 5, 2003.
