' . ~ ' " ' I'C""h AUXILIARY BUILDII;G f!ISSIfiG REBAR DOCKETS #50-329 and #50-330 The report attached to this letter deals with three instances of deficient rebar placement in the Auxiliary Building at the Midland Site. It is the opinion of Consumers Power Ccmpany that two of these cases are not recuired to be reported per 10CFR50.55(e); however, based on instruction from the f1RC, they are being reported under the 10CFR50.55(e) fomat. A safety analysis of the third case is currently being perfomed, therefore, the reportability of this item is indeteminate at this time.

The attached is an interim report. Either a final report or an interim report will be submitted by t'ay 21, 1976.
