On July 16, 1984 the Project was shut down.
Reference b) requested that further ALAB-106 reports be deferred until such time as the project was restarted. No reports were made during the interim between the request of reference a) and the response provided by reference c).
No new individuals have been assigned quality related duties since the last report (reference a); thus no resumes are required for this report.
Construction at the Midland Energy Center has been shut down since July 16, 1984. Various letters, meetings and reports have documented the project status. No construction activities are projected for the period April 1 1985 through June-30, 1985.
