Construction at the Midland Energy Center has been shut down since July 16, 1984. Various letters, meetings and reports have documented the project status. No construction activities are projected for the period July 1, 1985 through October 31, 1985.

The next ALAB-106 Quarterly Report will be sent the end of September 1985. ,
