IDFE !FICATION OF CCCURRE' ICE:

During a routine surveillance calibration check, the setpoint of the PCRV rupture disc asse=bly, M-ll702, was found to be 326 psig. Since this set-point is higher than the 812 psig + 1* allevable by Fo rt 45 t. Vrain Techni-cal Specification LSSS 3.3.2(c), it is being reported per Fort St. Vrain Technical Specification AC 7.5.2(b)1.

With the reactor shundevn and depressuri:ed for a maintenance shutdown per-iod, low set rupture disc, M-11702, was renoved from service for a schedule surveillance calibration bench test. The "as found" pressure setpoint was 326 psig. The acceptance cri:erion of LSSS 3.3.2(c) requires the set pres-

sure to be 812 psig - 1" (304 psig to S20 psig).

The rupture disc novement setpoint being out of tolerance was caused by. drift of the 3elleville washer operating point over the period since its last cali-l bration surveillance.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:

Further inves:igation of this occurrence revealed that the Belleville washers did not need adjust ent. -Two additional snap-over :ests demonstrated that

he rupture disc se: point was in tolerance.

No further corrective action is anticipated or required. _
