the subject report is herewith being submitted. Also included is the latest amend-ment to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual. A reevaluation of semi-annual Effluent Report July 1, 1987 - December, 31, 1987 showed an error, in Table 3-5. A revised Table 3-5 is enclosed.
