C. 20555 Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Monthly Operating Report -January 2006 In accordance with the requirements of Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Technical Specification 6.9.1.5, and the guidance of Generic Letter 97-02, attached are the January 2006 Operating Data Reports and Summaries of Operating Experience for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.Amendment No. 228 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-31 and Amendment No.224 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-41 for the Turkey Point Plant, Unit Nos. 3 and 4 respectively were recently issued to the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant. The license amendments eliminate the requirement to provide monthly operating reports. It is intended that in the future, the operating data will be provided to the NRC using an industry database, the Consolidated Data Entry (CDE) program, currently maintained by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations by the last day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter.Very truly yours, Terry 0.
