The Supply System did this, and provided the responses in References 4 and 5.

Page Two RESPONSE TO NRC BULLETIN 87-02, SUPPLEMENTS 1 AND 2 Supplement 1 to the subject bulletin (Reference 2) required licensees to provide a list of the suppliers and manufacturers from whom safety related and non safety related fasteners have been purchased, including addresses, and the type of fasteners purchased. Supplement 2 to the subject bulletin (Reference 3) clari-fied the type of information being required (i.e., limited to ferrous fasteners 1/4 inch in diameter or greater), and further clarified a "best-effort" approach to non safety related fasteners'he purpose of this letter is to provide the information required by Supplements 1 and 2 to the subject bulletin.
The Supply System has completed review of its records. Attachment 1 provides the names and addresses of the suppliers and manufacturer s identified from the review from whom we may have obtained safety related fasteners. If both safety related and non safety related fasteners were obtained from the same supplier, they were included in Attachment 1. The time period for each particular manufacturer is as indicated in the attachments. Similar information for non safety related fasteners is provided in Attachment 2.
Attachment 3 contains the commonly used bolting material specifications utilized at WNP-2, and completes the Supply System's response to Supplements 1 and 2 to the subject bulletin.
