Property: $ 500,000,000 Primary Nuclear Property Damage Insurance, with a

$ 10,000,000 deductible carried by ANI/MAERP.

Additionally, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) maintains

$ 975,000,000 in Excess Nuclear Property Damage Insurance (NEILII) on WNP-2 provided by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limi ted (NEIL) .

Li abi 1 i ty: $ 200,000,000 Primary Financial Protection is maintained under ANI/MAELU, along with the maximum Secondary Financial Protection.
