Areas Inspected: Included a review of several allegations relating to the licensee's background screening program; guard force morale / discipline; guards would be fired if they spoke to the NRC and the chilling effect of alleged management statements on guard In addition, we reviewed licensee corrective action on several previously identified violations and/or open items and reviewed licensee progress on the implementation of their Nuclear Security Improvement Program (NSIP).
