Review licensee progress on the implementation of their Nuclear Security Improvement Program (NSIP).
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined, except for the following area: Compensatory Measures - Failure to adequately implement a compensatory measure at a degraded vital area portal.
