Access Control - Vehicles:.Several vehicles designated as essential for plant operations and required to remait within the protected area did riot meet security plan criteria for such designation.
Additionally, a potential vulnerability pertaining to special search equipment was noted and increased security measures for an interim period were implemented.
Fourteen previous inspection findings were closed.
Functional areas reviewed during the inspection generally appeared well managed. Maintenance support was acceptable for the categories of equipment reviewed. Audits performed by the Nuclear Quality Assurance Department and the Security Compliance Section were noteworthy.
