Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined during the inspection except as noted belo Compensatory Measures: Failure to implement adequate compensatory measures for a degraded vital area barrie Access Control - Personnel: Failure to adequately implement a portion of the employee security screening progra Access Control - Vehicles: Failure to properly search a vehicl In addition, two open items were identified and twelve previously identified items were closed based on NRC review of licensee's corrective measures. One open item pertained to an analysis of false alarms for an intrusion detection system; the other item pertained to inadequate searches.
