Include Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Management Effectiveness; Security Organization; Security Program Audit; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Physical Barriers - Protected and Vital Areas; Security System Power Supply; Lighting; Compensatory Measurr ; Assessment Aids; Access Control - Personnel, Packages and Vehicles; Detection Aids - Protected and Vital Areas; Alarm Stations and Communications. The inspectors also reviewed the status of licensee's corrective actions or measures to resolve several "open items" identified in previous inspection reports.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined during the inspection except as noted below.
Compensatory Measures:
Failure to implement adequate compensatory measures for a degraded vital area barrier.
Access Control - Personnel:
Failure to adequately implement a portion of the employee security screening program.
Access Control - Vehicles:
Failure to properly search a vehicle.
In addition, two open items were identified and twelve previously identified items were closed based on NRC review of licensee's corrective measures. One open item pertained to an analysis of false alarms for an intrusion detection system; the other item pertained to inadequate searches. A Confirmatory Action Letter pertaining to this item was issued on March 30, 1986.
