Areas Inspected: The circumstances surrounding the alleged discovery of documents containing Safeguards Information in the owner controlled area on April 11, 1986 and all other associated aspects of the Physical Protection of Safeguards Information module.
Results:
It was determined that sensitive documents were not discovered in the owner controlled area as alleged nor was there an unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information. However, a violation was identified and is described below.
