Dear Ms. Doroshow:

This is in further response to ywr letter dated April 22, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Frs = dom of Infonnation Act (FOIA),14 categories of records regarding the Three Mile Island nuclear plants and/or General Public Utilities.

By letter dated August 16, 1984, this office noted the fact that the NRC had already made available a voluminous amount of pertinent records, asked for clarification of the scope of your F0IA request, and informed you that your related discovery request of August 3, 1984, would be considered as clarification of the secpe of category h of your FOIA request. Subsequently, by letter dated September 11, 1984, this office made certain records related to category h available for your inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Docunent Room (PDR). Additional records were also provided to you during the hearing and by separate correspondence from the NRC's Office of the Executive Legal Director.

The staff has identified additional records that may be related to category h.
