submitted an application to amend its license by increasing spent fuel pool storage capacity and by increasing maximum fue! enrichment from 4.9 weight percent to 5.0 weight percent uranium-235 at Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, and requested that the part of the document be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. On October 8,1997, we granted your request. Subsequently, EOl submitted additional information by several submittals and requested that some of the documents be withheld from public disclosure. To summarize all previous requests, by letter dated December 23,1998, from EOi, and affidavit dated December 9,1998, executed by Scott H. Pellet, Project Manager for Holtec International, you requested that the remaining documents listed in Attachment 1 (onclosed) to EOl's i December 23,1998, letter be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. | |||
