NUCLEAR PROJECT NO. 2 NRC CORRESPONDENCE As a result of recent organizational changes which I have made in the Supply System and in order to facilitate efficient management of our formal communications with the NRC, it is requested that all NRC correspondence (NRR and ROV) to WNP-2 be directed to our Manager of Regulatory Programs (G. C. Sorensen), as noted on the attachment to this letter .

This change will provide us with a single point of contact for all official correspondence to and from NRC relative to WNP-2. For such correspondence, Mr. Sorensen will be the Supply System's "duly authorized officer" (10CFR50.30). While this change is intended to focus our formal communications in one organization, it is not intended to inhibit the technical interchanges which presently occur between our respective staffs in dealing with issues.

Immediate notifications will, of course, be communicated to the NRC directly from the Plant Manager or his staff, as appropriate.
