We ara in receipt of your acknowledgement (Reference (a))

of the Commonwealth Edison response to the subject IE Inspection Reports. We understand the position stated in that acknowledgement and have no comment relative to the issues or schedule discussed.

We recognize that the actions of Commonwealth Edison relative to the certification of N-5 Forms was not in strict agreement with the applicable engineering procedure and that such deviations must be prevented from recurring. In that regard, the corrective action outlined in the response to the subject Inspection Reports will be completed on the schedule previously defined in Reference (b).
