Appendix E to this report provides information on all personnel receiving exposures of more than 0 mrem / year, rather than the 100 mrem / year requirement of Technical Specification 6.6.A.2. A supplement to this report, which will limit the exposure data provided to include only those personnel receiving more than 100 mrem / year, will be submitted when the required computer software changes have been made.
