LaSalle County Nuclear Power Station Restart Plan, Revised LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-11 and NPF-18 NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374 Revision 4 of the restart plan is being issued to reflect the review, oversight and approval process necessary to restart Unit 2. In addition to the verification of restart readiness, the review and affirmation process will focus on the station's capability to support safe dual unit operations. The process provided in this revision to the restart plan is comparable to that conducted for the restart of Unit 1, but incorporates the lessons learned and process enhancements noted during performance of the Unit 1 restart.
