lThe Unit 1 reactor vessel was supplied by Combustion. Engineering, Windsor, Connecticut.
The reactor recirculation piping components were supplied by~
General Electric,: San Jose, California.
All other piping examined during the.
third refueling! outage was supplied by B. F. Shaw, Wilmington, Delaware. The residual heat removal system heat exchangers were supplied by Struthers Wells Corporation, Warren,' Pennsylvania.
The inspections performed, conditions observed, and-the corrective measures taken are contained in the attached report.
