NRC License Renewal in accordance with 10 CFR 55.57 Commonwealth Edison Company is requesting renewal of a SRO license for Vincent V. Masterson. As required by this part, enclosed are the original and two copies of NRC Form 398, the license renewal application, and one copy of NRC Form 396, Certification of Medical Examination. Mr. Masterson's current license will expire in July 1999.
