Dear Sir:
Reference (a) 3rovided the application for an amendment to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-11 and MPF-18, Appendix A, Technical Specifications. The purpose of this amendment was to remove the applicability of Technical Specification 3.0.4 to Technical Specification 3.6.5.2 " Secondary Containment Automatic isolation Damoers" Subsequent to this proposed amendment request, LaSalle County Station submitted an amendment request Reference to) that includes the request of Reference (a).
Commonwealth Edison therefere requests the Reference (a) appilcation for amendment be withdrawn.
