Rack Terminations", dated July 29, 1988 Letter, G02-89-014, GC Sorensen (SS) to NRC, "NRC Inspection Report 88-41 Response to Notice of Violation", dated February 3, 1989 The purpose of this letter is to provide revised scheduled completion dates associated with commitments made in response to Notice of Violations (NOVs) 87-19-29 and 88-41-03. The reason for the following revised schedule is that completing the commitments has taken longer than anticipated when the original responses were submitted.

1) NOV 87-19-29 (Violation C.3) it In the referenced letter (1), the Supply System committed to revise Plant Procedure (PPM) 10.25. 19, "Termination and Splicing Instruction", to include examples of acceptable crimp configurations. This action was to be completed by March 15, 1989. The revised procedure is currently in the procedure review process and will now be issued by April 17, 1989.

2) NOV 88-41-03 (Violation B)

In the referenced letter (2), the Supply System committed to make a pro-grammatic change to the ALARA process to reduce the threshold of those Radiation Work Permits (RWPs) which require a pre-job briefing. This action was also to be completed by March 15, 1989. Plant Procedure 11.2. 1.2, "Al ARA Program Implementation", is currently in the process of being revised and now will be issued by April 17, 1989.
