EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION (EQ) PROBLEM - SHUTOOWN IN EXCESS OF 72 HOURS On August 6, 1986 at 6:30 p.m., the licensee identified an EQ discrepancy with field wiring (6 wires / valve) within Limitorque valve operators located in the Units 1&2 containments, in that the qualification status of the wires is questionable.
