C. ENTRY CONDITION This procedure is entered from Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ' ASS 0-01,

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A equipment, AND
2. The Shift Foreman has determined that the r actor is to be brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative safe Shutdown Train B.

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supplemental actions to be used concurrently with E0Ps and other operations procedures to achieve and R9.l.

maintain Cold Shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of off-site power.

D. OPERATOR ACTIONS

1. IF while executing this procedure, tne fire is extiriguished AND tfie Shift Foreman determines that no ,ction within jhis procedure is required THEN EXIT this procedure.
2. OBSERVE the following parameters on instruments indicated while performing actions to achieve and maintain cold shutdown.

3. !F reactor building entry is required to restore ,0R, monitor equipment, THEN_
a. DISPATCH the following minimum manpower for performance of this procedure: (

b. OBTAlli the following keys from the Shift Foreman's Key Lock er

c. OBTAIN Security Access Keys from SAS Security Officer located in the Control Room AND PROCURE tt.^ following equipment from the ASSD GilIipment Cabinee.

7. IF operation of RHR Service Water System is required AND_ RHR Te~rvice Water Booster Pumps are NOT availe.ble, _THEN REFER to OP-43.
8. IF operation of RCIC Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve.

a. PLACE the circuit breaker cont $ol switch in the OFF position for RCIC Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve,1-E51-F007, at MCC 1XC ompartment DS4
b. PLACE the circuit breaker contdol switch in the ON position for RCIC Steam Supply'Line Isolation VaWe, 1-E51-F007, (ASSD FEED) at MCC 1XD compartment DY1.

b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON -

position for RCIC Turbine Vacuum Breaker Valve, 1-E51-F062, (ASSD FEED) at MCC 1X0 compartment DW2.

c. IF 1-E51-F062 is required to be Open, THEN ft. ACE the ESO Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN posittor, at MCC 1X0 compartment OW2.
