C. ENTRY CONDITION This procedure is entered frem Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSD-01.

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe

( Shutdown Train A equipment, AND

2. The Shif t Foreman has determined that the reactor is to be ,

brought to Cold Shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train B.-

The purpose of this procedure is to provide supp'lemental actions to be

. used concurrently with E0Ps and othe operations procedures to achieve 1rnd RB.I maintain Cold Shutdown col.icident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of eff-site power. -

O. _0PERATOR ACTIONS

1. IF while executing this procedure, the fire is extinguithed AND tfie Shift Foreman determines that no action within thisl procedure is required, THEN_ EXIT this procedure.
2. OBSERVE the following parameters on instruments indicated while
performing actions to achieve and maintain cold shutdown.

, 3. IF reactor building entry is required to restore OR,R monitor t equipment. THEN_  ;

a. DISPATCH the following minimum manpower for f performance of this procedure: ,

l Reactor Building - 2 Auxiliary Operators .

b. OBTAIN the following keys from the Shif t Foreman's Key Locker

_(1) ASSD, Equipment Cabinet Key #148 ,

(1) ASSD Flashlight Tool Box Key #160  :

c. OBTAIN Security Access Keys from SAS Security Officer

' located in the Control Room  ;

AND PROCURE the following equipment from the ASSD  :

Equipment Cabinet.

(2) Sound pow. ., phones (2) Twenty-five foot sound _ powered phone extension cords (2) Copies of this procedure ,

~~ (5) Remote Shutdown Keys, Serial T112 (2) Security Access Keys

d. USE appropriate figures in this procedure to provide access / egress routes, equipm nt and comunication - - ~

4. PLACE _ Reactor Water Level "NORMAL / LOCAL" switch,1-B21-CS-3345 at the Remote Shutdown Panel, to the "LOCAL" position to make level indicator 1-821-L1-R604BX operable.
5. IF RBCCW Heat Exchangers Service Water Inlet' Valve,1-SW-V106 UNNOT be operated from the RTGB, THEN Manuq'lly OPERATE l FfQ~7106.
6. IF Vital Header Cross-tie Valve,1-SW-V118 CANNOT be operated Trom the RTGB, _THEN Manually OPERATE 1-SW-V118.
7. IF operation of RHR Service Water System is required AND RHR Tc'rvice Water Booster Pumps are _NOT_ available. ~THEN RlTER to i.

8. IF operation of RCIC Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, T E51-F007 is required _AND power is _NOT_available from MCC 1XC,

b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for RCIC Steam Supply Line Isolation VaWe, 1-E51-F007, ( ASSD FEED) at MCC 1XD compartment DY1.

c. IF 1-E51-F007 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the ESO Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC 1XD compartment DY1.
d. IF 1-E51-F007 is required to be Closed, THEN PLACE the ESO Keylock Control Switch in the CLOSED position, at MCC 1XD compartment DY1.
9. IF operation of RCIC Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve, i T~E51-F062 is required AND power is' NOT_ available from MCC 1XA, ,
