C. ENTRY CONDITION This procedure is entered fron Alternative Safe Shutdown Index ASSD-01,

1. A fire has occurred in an area containing Alternative Safe Shutdown Train R aquipment.

AND

2. The Shift Foreman has detennined that the reactor is to be brought to Cold shutdown using Alternative Safe Shutdown Train A.

The purpose of this procedure is to provido supplemental actions to be * ~ ~

used concurrently with E0Ps and other operations procedures to achieve and maintain Cold shutdown coincident with or without a 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> loss of off-site power. g g,g D. OPERATOR ACTIONS

1. IF while executing this procedure, the fire is extinguished AND tWe Shif t Foreman determines that no action within this procedure is required, THEN EXIT this procedure.
2. OBSERVE the following parameters on instruments indicated while performing actions to achieve and naintain cold shutdown.

Instrument location 1-CAC-TR-4426-1 Suppression Pool Tempersture Control Roon Panol 1-CAC-LR-2602 Torus Lovel Control Room Panel 1-C32-PI-R605 Reactor Pressure Control Roon Panel 1-C32-LI-R606A Reactor Water level Control Room Panel

3. IF reactor building AND/0R diasel generator building entry is required to restore OR, monitor equipment, TH,EN

,, a . DISPATCH the following ninimun nanpower for performance of this procodure:

b. OBTAIN the following keys from the 505 Key Locker (1) ASSD Equipment Cabinet Key 8148 (1) ASSD Flashlight Tool Box Key a160 e

AND_ PROCURE the following equipment from the ASSO Equipc'ent Cabinet.

c. USE appropriate figures in this procedure to provide access / egress routes, equipment and comunication locations. (Normal communications may not be availabla.) R 6.1 4 E Diesel Generator operation is required, T_ HEN BLOCK "0 PEN" Diesel Generator Huildir9 doors, as indicated on Attachment 1, to establish ventilation for Diesel Generator operations.

7. IF Conventional-Nucl a r He Jer Cross-tie V31ve, 1-SW-V102 CANNOT lii operated from the RTGE, THEN Manually OPERATE l-SW-V102- ~ ~
8. IF operation of RHR Service Water System is required AND RHR Te~rvice Water Booster Pumps are E available, THEN RTlTR to 0P-43.
9. IF operation of HPCI Stean Supply Inboard Isolation Valve.

T~E41-F002 is required AND power is NOT available f rom MCC IX0, THEN

a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for HPCI Steam Supply Inboard Isolation Valve, 1-E41-F002, at MCC IX0 compartnent OW1.

J b.- PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for HPCI Steam Supply Line Isolation VaTTe, 1-E41-F002, ( ASSO FEED) at MCC IXC compartment 0S1.

c. IF 1-E41-F002 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the ESO Keylock Control Switch in the OPEN position, at MCC 1XC compartment DSI.
d. IF 1-E41-F002 is required to be Closed, THEN PLACE the X5SO Keylock Control Switch in the CLOSE position, at MCC 1XC compartment OSI.
10. IF operation of HPCI Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve, T E41-F079, is required AND power is NOT available from MCC IXB, THEN
a. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the OFF position for HPCI Turbine Exhaust Vacuum Breaker Valve,1-E41-F079, at MCC .1XB compartment 000.

i b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for HPCI Turbine Vacuum Breaker Valve, ~~

1-E41-F079, (ASSO FEED) at MCC,1XC compartmeat OT2.

c. IF 1-E41-F079 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the -

b. PLACE the circuit breaker control switch in the ON position for RHR Suction Isolation Valve, 1-E11-TIIO8, (ASSO FEED) at MCC IXOA compartment 826,
c. IF 1-Ell-F003 is required to be Open, THEN PLACE the Rose /Of f/0 pen Switch in tne OPE _N positII6, at MCC IXDA compartment 826.
d. IF 1-Ell-F008 is required to be Closed. THEN PLACE the Hose /0ff/0 pen Keylock Switch in the CLOSE position, -~

at MCC IXOA compartment B26.
