Revision 10 of Industrial Security Plan and Revisirn 6 of Security Training and Qualification Plan  !

Gentlemen:

On April 6, 1990, Toledo Edison submitted Revision 8 to the Industrial Security Plan and Revision 5 to the Security Training and Qualification Plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Region III, approved the submitted changes except as noted in the enclosure.to letters dated May 25, 1990, (Log. Number 1-2290) and June 4, 1990 (Log Number 1-2295). For those changes that vere identified as ,

!macceptable under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p),. Toledo Edison was requested to provide corrections to the Industrial Security Plan, and the Security Training and Qualification Plan. Attachment I and 2 provides the response to those exceptions noted in Revision 8 of Industrial Security Plan and Revision 5 to the Security Training and Qualification Plan (respectively). ,

In accordance with provisions of 10.CFR 50.54(p), Toledo Edison hereby submits one original and three copies of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit '

No. 1 Revision 10 of the Industrial Security Plan (Attachment 3) and Revision 6 of the Security Training'and Qualification Plan (Attachment 4).

These revisions to the plan incorporate those corrections identified in l Attachments 1 and 2 and additional plan changes. '
