Revision 11 to the Updated Safety Analysis Report Gentlemen:
The Toledo Edison Coinpany is submitting, pursuant to 10CFR50.71, one (1) original plus ten copies of Revision 11 to the Updated Safety' Analysis Report (USAR) for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Pover' Station, Unit Number 1.
USAR, Revision 11 is an interim submittal, the purpose of which is limited to updating Table 6.2-23, Containment Vessel Isolation Valve Arrangements, consistent with removal of Technical Specification Table 3.6-2, Containment Isolation Valves, from the Operating License Appendix A, Technical Specifications. Removal of Table 3.6-2 from the Technical Specifications was approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)'in License Amendment Number 147, dated April 13, 1990 (TAC Number 75235).
Please insert Revision 11 material, dated April, 1990 into the Updated Safety Analysis Report per the attached instructions (Attachment 2).
