Subj ect: Vithdrawal of License Amendment Applications to Revise Technical Specification 3/4.6.3.1, Containment Isolation Valves (TAC Numbers 66008 and 73244)
Gentlemen:
Toledo Edison submitted an Operating License Amendment Request (Serial Number 1737, dated 12/22/89) to remove Technical Specifications (TS) Table 3.6-2, Containment Isolation Valves, from the TS and relocate the list of containment isolation valves and associated information to the Updated Safety Analysis l
Report (USAR). The request was approved and issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as Amendment Number 147 to Facility Operating License Number NPP-3 (TAC Number 75235, Toledo Edison Log Number 3207, dated 04/13/90).
Comparing the TS revisions provided by Amendment Number 147 and outstanding Davis-Besse Operating License amendment change requests, Toledo Edison has determined that two pending amendment requests are no longer required.
Based on this reviev, Toledo Edison withdraws the Davis-Besse Operating License Amendment Requests submitted under:
