EVENT 90-2 CAUSE: GENERATOR TRIP / TURBINE TRIP I

DIFFERENTIAL RELAY ACTUATION. / REACTOR THE RELAY ACTLIATED TRIP CAUSED BY WHEN AN ELECTRICAL FAULT OCCURRED IN THE UNIT I LOW VOLTAGE SWI1CHYARD. INCORRECTLY i SET CURRENT TRANFORMER TAPS CAUSED THE ALLAY TO BE OVERLY SENSITIVE l TO $YSTEM IMBALANCES.

CORRECTIVE ACTION: THE CURRENT TRANSFORMER TAPS WERE RESET IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORIGINAL DESIGN. DETAILS WILL BE LOCATED IN LLR 2-90-002.
