EVENT.90-4 CAUSE; Ughtning strike on step up transformer A - Forced Outage CORRECTIVE ACTION: Place spare transformer inservice. Inspected main generator for insulation degradation.
CRITICAL PATH WAS:
Entered mode 3. Placed spare stepup transformer in service. Initiated reactor startup.
