CriticalfatttWas; Cooldown to 200 deg. F. RCS Cleanup, and then cooldown to 110 deg. F, Vessel Disassembly follows in which the reactor head and upper intemals are removed. The fuel is then off loaded. After mid-loop maintenance work is complete, the fuel is re-loaded in the vessel and the vessel is re-assembled. Steam Generator #1 & #4 Eddy Current testing runs parallel critical path with the later part of the vessel assembly activities.

NARRATIVE REPORT February 01,1999 00.00 Unit 1 at 100% power with no operating problems.

February 16,1999 00:00 Unit 1 started coast down in preparation for scheduled refueling outage.
