CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION /CC sMENTS:
CAUSE:
The Unit 2 Main Feedwater Reg. Valve went closed causing the plant operators to manually trip the unit. The valve went closed due to the loss of control loops which was caused by the loss of the the primary and backup power supply for the process control rack.
CORRECTNEACTION: Replaced both power supplies on the process control rack.
CRITICALPATH_WAS; Replacing the control rack power supplies.
