Attached please find a copy of the schedule for soils remedial activities which was promised in my latest mailing to you. Also attached are copies of affidavits and attachments g

not included with the original mailing.

With respect to the Responses to your Interrogatories 2 and 3, the paragraph entitled "other remedial actions" did not deal with the change from grouting to permanent dewatering, which was excluded from the original question by specific reference.

We assumed that exclusion was carried through in your reply of 1/26/81. I mention that point just so there is no confusion on it.

' Confirming our telephone call of Monday, March 23, 1981, you indicated to me that my letter. of March 20, 1981 accurately stated the substance of our agreement concerning Interrogatories 3 and 4 of your December 4,1980 Discovery Request. You also -

Our initial agreement also 6 contemplated that we would not limit our review of documents in answering these questicas to the docu=ents contained in the 50.54f volumes, but that we would also examine other project files.
